What gets deleted
Your game progress — XP, rank, chips, badges, and League data
Your Web Coins balance and online win/loss record
Your linked Google account record (email address and the link to your game profile)
Your referral code and any referral records tied to your device
All progress stored on your device, if you delete from within the app
PoolKer has no real-money purchases and stores no payment information, so there is
nothing of that kind to retain. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Requests are processed immediately for the self-service option below, or within
30 days for email requests.
If you linked a Google account
Sign in with the same Google account you linked in the app, and your data will be
deleted right away.

Your data is tied to your device and cannot be identified from this page. Choose either:
In the app: open PoolKer → Player Profile → Backup tab →
🗑️ Delete All My Data.
By email: write to

from any address with the subject “Delete my PoolKer data”. We will
confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
